Membership is a 12‑month subscription billed monthly and automatically renews annually unless canceled with 30 days' written notice prior to renewal. By enrolling, Customer authorizes Blue Otter Plumbing & Drain to charge the payment method on file each month. If any included services, loyalty credits, waived fees, or labor discounts are used during the term, early cancellation requires immediate payment of the greater of the discounts used or the remaining subscription balance. No refunds for unused benefits. Benefits apply only while account is active and in good standing. Services require safe and accessible working conditions. Sewer camera inspections require accessible cleanouts. Tank or tankless flush limited to one total unit per year. Discounts apply to labor only and cannot be combined with other offers. Scheduling is prioritized but not guaranteed and subject to availability and extreme weather conditions.
